Drum & Bass. Just mentioning the name divides the music community. So many people hate this genre of music because they’ve been exposed to the garbage side of it. They haven’t heard the soul that eeks out of some of the best albums of the last ten years. In a genre that’s so oversaturated with boring, angry crap it’s not hard to believe why so many people are turned off to it. It’s refreshing to see people like Matrix and Futurebound inject the soul back into one of the best genres of music. In an interview LTJ Bukem described basslines as romantic, and seductive. I couldn’t agree more.
It’s fitting that half of this trio is named ‘Futurebound’, because this music is truly futuristic. Try to listen to ‘Universal Truth’ and not feel like a superhero.

Mjög töff lag - byrjar eiginlega ekki fyrir alvöru fyrr en svona 1/3 inn í lagið. Get alveg séð fyrir mér að þetta væri notað í einhverri bíómynd.
